  • Advanced Pilates Apparatus: Workout on the Pilates Reformer, Tower, or Chair that kicks it up a notch with challenging transitionsand variations. Clients must have taken a minimum of 20 classes or privates prior to signing up for an Advanced Class.
  • Pilates Apparatus: Workout on the Reformer, Tower, or Chair with spring resistance to build your core and stretch your body.
  • Pilates Chair: Wunda chair workout that will challenge the advanced client with balance, strength and stability work.
  • Pilates Reformer: Reformer workout that will challenge your core,while stretching your body from the inside out.
  • Pilates Tower: Tower workout that will build core strength and improve flexibility.

  • Cycle: Tune out life and tune into your own body. Vault’s take on a traditional indoor cycling class with a twist, our classes are designed to combine the challenge of hills, jumps, intervals and sprints with a bonus strength element and a killer playlist.
  • Cycle & Shred: The best of both worlds, Cycle & Shred combines 25-30 minutes of a traditional indoor cycling class with 25-30 minutes of weights or other props for a total body workout.
  • Fight Fit Boxing: A fast paced, high energy class incorporating boxing, kickboxing and MMA moves for strength and conditioning. Beginners welcome!
  • HIIT: High Impact Interval Training/bootcamp.  The class for people who just want to get it done! This is a total body workout incorporating weights, bosus, med balls and bands. Open to individuals of all fitness levels
  • LIFT: A total body strength and endurance workout that tones and builds muscle in a structured format. This upbeat class targets the upper body, lower body, and core using the Beam & Ring.
  • Tramp Camp: Channel your inner child with this playful, yet challenging cardio workout! Increase your cardiovascular endurance and build strength with jumping, running, and explosive movements both on and off the trampoline.
  • Tread & Shred: Leave this class feeling powerful and ready to take on your day. This interval workout combines 25-30 minutes of cardio conditioning on the Woodway Treadmill (option to cycle instead) and 25 minutes of strength training.
  • TRX: It’s You versus Gravity. Utilize the TRX Suspension System throughout class for a total body workout. Squat, Lunge, Push, Pull and Rotate to a better, stronger you.
  • Pilates Mat: Classical Pilates Mat, practice the way that Joseph Pilates intended! With a vigorous flow of exercise where the transitions are part of the exercises, this class will raise your heart rate, challenge your body, and strengthen your core.
  • Sculpt: No class is ever the same! Utilize your own body weight, resistance and various equipment to create a strong, lean shape.
  • Vault Barre: Achieve a long, lean dancer’s physique in Vault Barre.  Vault Barre incorporates ballet, Pilates and a healthy dose of cardio, making our barre classes high intensity. You’ll sweat, you’ll burn, you’ll shake, and you’ll want to come back for more. Beginners welcome! **Grip Socks or sneakers required.
  • Vault Barre Stick: This barre class incorporates the Pilates Stick, an attachment to the barre with bungee cords which acts as either a movable barre or individual handles, to challenge your core, strength and balance. **Grip Socks or sneakers required
  • Vinyasa Yoga: This athletic approach to yoga combines flowing postures and sequencing to challenge strength and stamina. A regular yoga practice will lengthen your muscles, and improve strength and flexibility.

Hot Vault

  • Hot Vinyasa: a 60 min powerful, energetic form of yoga where one moves fluidly from one pose to the next while connecting breath to movement. Taught in a heated room to music, Hot Vinyasa builds endurance, improves flexibility, and circulation creating a feeling of ultimate relaxation.
  • Hot 26 & 2: a 60 min Bikram-inspired class taught in a 100-105 degree room to replicate the temperature in India, the class consists of the same 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises. Most poses are performed twice and held between 10-60 seconds depending on the pose. The class improves discipline, mindfulness, balance, flexibility and strength.
  • Warm Yin: a 60 min calm, relaxing music-based class that works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. You will leave with a feeling of peace and openness in mind and body.
  • Hot Pilates: a 45 min heated class that adds unique variations to the traditional Pilates Mat class to strengthen your core, upper body, buns & thighs. This challenging class will be set to music and incorporate mini balls, stretch bands, light hand weights and optional ankle weights.
  • Hot Lift: a 45 min heated total body Low Impact Fitness Training workout that tones and builds muscle in a structured format using a weighted ring and body beam. This slow burn, music-based class targets the entire body that will leave you feeling strong and empowered.
