
1. What inspired you to become a pilates instructor?
I’ve been lifting weights since I was 13, but I fell in love with Pilates because it slows you down and builds that mind-body connection. I started teaching because it allows me to share the balance of strength and mindfulness with others.
2. What do you think makes Vault stand out from other studios?
Vault stands out to from other studios because the instructors are intentional, knowledgeable, and deeply connected with their clients. It is a space where people feel supported and seen.
3. What's your favorite workout to do in your free time?
My favorite workout in my free time is hot Pilates. I love how it challenges me, gets me sweating, and leaves me feeling strong and productive.
4. What's one thing most of us don't know about you?
Fun fact: I’m originally from Long Island, NY, but I traded bagels for beaches when I moved to Florida three years ago!
5. What do you feel is the most rewarding thing about teaching?
The most rewarding part of teaching Pilates is seeing clients grow stronger, more confident, and truly connected to their bodies—it’s amazing to be part of that journey!
6. What's your favorite thing to do outside of fitness?
When I’m not working out, I love pouring into my faith, creating memories with family and friends, and exploring new places & hobbies whenever I can.
