1) How long have you been working out? Why did you
decide to learn to teach? Working out has always been
part of my lifestyle; I grew up as a tennis player, ballet
dancer, and track runner. But the real reason I became a
teacher was my mom. She's a yoga teacher and gave me
a deep appreciation for movement from a young age. She
encouraged me to take that love further and get certified,
and I never looked back.
2) Why do you love to teach at Vault? Teaching at Vault is
so unique because of the sheer variety of equipment and
tools available: trampolines, spin bikes, weights, and

experiences and keep every class feeling fresh and
exciting.
3) What is your favorite workout to do in your free time?
My favorite workout is a morning hot mat Pilates class:))

5) What’s the most rewarding thing about teaching pilates?
The most rewarding part of teaching Pilates is being able
to transfer my love of movement onto others. Watching
someone finish class feeling stronger and more alive than
when they walked in, and knowing they can carry that
feeling into the rest of their day, is everything.
6) What’s your favorite thing to do outside of
fitness? Anything involving the sun! I love going to the
beach, playing pickleball, walking outside, tanning by the
pool, and soaking up the Florida weather whenever I can!
7) What do you want Moms/Pre-teens to know about
Camp Vault? Camp Vault is an opportunity for kids to not
