1) How long have you been a vault client? How did you
hear about us?
Elliana: I have been a Vault Client 5 years! I heard about
Vault because I follow Stef on FB - I used to be her
Camp Matoaka counselor over 35 years ago! When I
moved down to Fla for the winters, I stopped by to see
her and do a private lesson! Sam: I’ve been at Vault
about a year. I heard about it from my best friends,
Elliana and Meredith, who had been going for a while
and loved it. This past season, I was a diehard at Vault 7
days a week.
2) What do you think sets Vault apart from other studios?
Elliana: Hands down, what sets Vault apart is the teachers!
They are truly all amazing and even though they all have
different personalities, their classes are consistently
excellent. Vault offers every type of class I am interested
in: Mat, Barre, Lift, and Apparatus. Sam: I love the
teachers and the whole vibe.
3) Who are your favorite instructors and why? What's your
favorite workout and why?
Elliana: My favorite instructors are Stef, Lisa, Marina and
Heather. My favorite workout is on the Reformer. To me,
it is almost like therapy… For one hour, I can focus solely
on myself; I am treating my mind and body to an incredible
workout experience. Sam: All the teachers are incredible
and have their own style. I love Stef, Marina and Lisa
because they are consistently challenging and each class
is different . I also love Heather who recently came to the
East studio and can really kick your *ss!
4) What’s your favorite thing to do in your free time,
outside of fitness? Elliana: I love to travel and be creative.
I like playing Mahj and Canasta and going to vintage
stores for clothes and home wares. Sam: I love hanging
out with my family, being outdoors and active, and hanging
with my friends.
5) What’s one thing most of us don’t know about you?
Elliana: I would secretly love to style people and own a
vintage store! Sam: I play guitar and would love to own a
vintage store with Elliana because we tend to like the
same pieces, but wear them differently. Stay tuned for
that!
6) What do you feel is the most rewarding thing about
exercise? Elle & Sam: While I love the physical results, the
mental clarity of exercise is equally important!
7) If you could share any fitness/pilates advice to others,
what would it be? Elliana: You are stronger than you think!
Like anything, the more you practice, the better you get
(like everything else in life)!
Sam: Exercise. Sleep. Repeat. Healthy lifestyle ! We can
drink to that!
