1. How long have you been teaching fitness? Why did you decide to become a Barre instructor?
I’ve been teaching fitness since 2022, starting with spin. I later got into bootcamps and aerobics, but after taking my first barre class at Vault, I instantly fell in love with the style, the challenge, and the flow—and I knew I wanted to teach it.
2. What makes Vault stand out from other studios?
Vault feels like a true community. The music is fun, the instructors are full of energy, and the atmosphere is upbeat and welcoming. It’s not a chain or commercial gym—it’s personal and full of heart.
3. What’s your favorite workout outside of teaching?
I love weight training to build strength and stay grounded. Right now, my husband and I are also training together for a Spartan Race, so we’re big on functional and endurance workouts too.
4. What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
I’m a proud dog mom! My pup keeps me on my toes and adds so much joy to my days.
5. What’s the most rewarding part of teaching?
Seeing people grow and realize their strength. I love being able to motivate and encourage others while creating a space where they can feel empowered and confident.
6. What’s your favorite thing to do outside of fitness?
Outside of the studio, my favorite thing to do is definitely go to the beach—growing up in Massachusetts, I didn’t get much of it, so now I soak it up every chance I get! I also love anything adventurous like jet skiing, rollerblading, or riding ATVs.
